Hey, I’m Sarah!

I’m a born and bred New Yorker who has always felt Southern at heart.  The charm that is Charleston, South Carolina caught my and my husband’s eye in the summer of 2009, when we orchestrated a visit for our 1-year wedding anniversary.  The weather, the beach, the restaurants, the Downtown…drool, we were in love.  So we dropped it all in New York a year later and hightailed it South in order to become residents of Charleston.  Best. Decision. Ever.  We already feel like true Charlestonians, but honestly have a lot to learn!  I plan to offer readers a fresh outlook of Southern living in Charleston through my Northern-raised almost 30 year old eyes (all while trying to say “y’all” without completely embarrassing myself).  And yes, I have lots of stories to tell!
